Customer Service Policy

It is our policy to make sure that you are happy with all of your transactions with Black Belt Supply’s. If you are happy with the product that you received, please leave positive feedback and we will do the same. If you are unhappy with the product please contact us and we will be happy to discuss your concerns.

Returns for Exchange Policy

If you need to return a product for any reason, please contact me first with the reason for the return and I will explain how to return it. If you need a different size we’ll be happy to exchange it, if the original product is in like new condition with no damage to it such as stains, tears, etc. If you wore it, went to class and then decided after sweating in it for 45 minutes that you wanted a different size, unfortunately we cannot accept it as a return for exchange or refund.

Returns for Refund Policy

If you wish to receive a refund on the product ordered we will accept and provide a refund for the cost of the item only – shipping & handling charges not included if the product is in like new condition. If you tried it on and just want to return it for a refund that’s ok, but if there is damage to it – stains, tears, etc then we won’t be able to provide a refund. Once we receive it we will refund your money. No questions asked.

Shipping Policy

We ship by US Postal Priority Mail with delivery confirmation to addresses in the United States. We Ship via US Mail to all international addresses at the most cost effective rate available. If we are shipping to you we are responsible for the shipment to you and will replace anything that is damaged in shipment (see Returns for Exchange Policy above). If you are shipping to us, then you are responsible for the shipping if there is a problem with it, this includes but is not limited to Returns for Exchange or Refund.
